*If you’re looking to treat the one you love (or yourself for that matter) to some new lingerie take a look at Figleaves, the site that carries just about every type of lingerie you can think of. Here are the things I’d like Santa to put in my stocking (fishnet ones of course)…

Selection of underwear from Figleaves

The Strapless bra

Strapless bras tend to be more practical than sexy. However, the strapless lace Wonderbra from figleaves.com, £36 manages both. It has all the support and uplift that you’d expect in sizes A-G and DRUMROLL PLEASE it actually stays up! Check out the reviews on the site where wearers call it ‘the best strapless bra ever!’ Now there’s no excuse for not joining in with Gangnam Style!

Get festive

Next up I thought a bit of colour would liven up festive proceedings. The Curvy Kate Tease Me bra £29 has a very pretty embroidered detail on the cups. I own Curvy Kate underwear and find it is very supportive without being frumpy. The knickers to match are ho ho hot too.

Just for the frill of it I picked out the Butterfly Blue Flirty Ruffle Shorts a bargain at £8. They’re cheeky and cute but still offer good coverage – nobody wants a chilly bum on Christmas Day!

Body beautiful

Ooh la la! What do you think of the black, Vertiges De L’Amour Body? At £152 it is is the priciest of the lingerie but I don’t think Santa will mind forking out if you look this good in it.

The other is the Tropical Paradise body, £55 from Elle Macpherson’s Intimates range. I love the butterfly and flower print which is very delicate and girlie.

Style essential

Finally, I picked out the Calvin Klein Lace & Micro Chemise, £49 –  a real winner when you’re wearing a dress, especially one that feels a bit rough against your skin. This one looks so comfortable and the semi-sheer panels give it a sexy feel.

Is lingerie on your Christmas list? What will you be hoping for?
