Say Pants to Father’s Day
Sloggi 100% Cotton Short £13 on Father's Day Special on www.mummyratesit.co.uk
No Father’s Day ‘present round-up’ would be complete without suggesting you buy him some underwear. Well, consider this a gift that keeps on giving ladies because here are some lovely pants that I’m sure your man (not sure about your own Dad) would look lovely strutting around the house in. Alternatively, if Daddy is not the six-packed, bronzed hunk feel free to just enjoy this picture and consider it my Father’s Day gift to you (I’m talking to you OlderSingleMum!) Back to the pants though…. according to  Deadgoodundies sales of designer pants go through the roof at this time of year. In particular they have found that most Father’s Day purchases are snazzy versions of boxers or classic shapes (so leave him to buy his own skimpies).

Say Thank You to the BE57 DAD
What to buy the man who has everything this Father’s Day? Well, how about a new registration plate? Yes, it may sound a bit dull but it could actually be just what he wants. Research by Shell has found that 48% of male motorists view their car as their most valued possession (polling as more important than a wedding ring and family pets). Suggestions from Regtransfers for a great plate include using their initials, his favourite sports team, his birthday, or choose from a selection of themed plates . The choices include BE57 DAD, K155 DAD, D4 DDY, 999 DAD, HE10 DAD, FA07 HER, CA11 POP.

Give Dad some therapy

If you have a sports-crazy type Dad in the family he may fancy something from the  Trion:Z Colantotte range of magnetic and ionic therapy Wristbands, Necklaces and Body Supports. Worn by the likes of big name sports people and celebrities including Rory McIlroy, Jimmy Anderson and Robert Downey Jr the wristbands, as well as looking good, can work to reduce pain, increase energy levels and help beat fatigue among many other benefits making them the ideal present for your hard-working dad. To celebrate all Father’s Day purchases will be entitled to free UK post and packaging.

Is Dad a bit fishy?
If your Dad likes to fish (or even if he just likes to eat it) take a look at ‘the nations favourite French chef’ Jean Christophe Novelli’s new book. A Mad Frog and an Englishman…Go Fishing is a collection of 40 recipes using fish caught off the Cumbrian coast. This is his second collaboration with friend and fine wine and coffee merchant, Gerard Richardson MBE. You can buy a copy of A Mad Frog and an Englishman… Go Fishing for £10 via www.madfrog.co.uk
